Which cookies this website uses, and why it does not ask you about them.

Skein sets no cookies of its own: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking. The only cookies come from Stripe, once its payment script loads as you start a reservation, to prevent fraud.
Cookies that are strictly necessary for a service you ask for are exempt from consent (Spanish LSSI art. 22.2, ePrivacy Directive art. 5(3)). That is why there is no cookie banner. If we ever add another kind of cookie, we will ask for your consent first.

Stripe may set a few more cookies of the same kind for its fraud checks and for Link, its saved-payment service, while the payment form is open. Stripe describes them in its own cookie policy.

- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website works without them; the payment form may refuse to load or ask for extra checks.
- Nothing is set while you only read the website. Stripe’s script loads when you go to reserve: as you point at or select the button that opens the payment.
